New Delhi: Shillong Teer lottery game is held in Meghalaya every day. The game is based on archery, and is played at Shillong Polo Stadium. Khasi Hills Archery Sports Association (KHASA) are the organisers of this lottery game.
A legal lottery game, the Shillong Teer is regulated by the rules framed under the Meghalaya Amusement and Betting Tax Act. The participant who hits most number of arrows or ‘teers’ at the target is declared the winner.
There are 5,000 designated ticket counters across the state of Meghalaya where tickets of this lottery game are up for grabs. In the game, every player is given 50 arrows. Out of these 50 arrows, 30 arrows have to be shot at the target in the first round and 20 in the second. The player who shoots the most number of arrows at the target emerges as the winner in the game. Lottery game is legal only in 13 Indian states, among them is Meghalaya, Manipur, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh and Goa.

One can check the Shillong Teer results on the official website: meghalayateer.com. The participants have to select the “Shillong Teer Result for September 29, 2024” option. Then a PDF will open up. To check the result, the winning numbers for September 29 have to be chosen.
