Bringing over 30 years of culinary expertise, Chef Sanjaya Bhan joins the platform to help build the ready-to-cook and ready-to-serve food solutions of Sedna. Chef Bhan has been instrumental in developing superior recipes for several leading HoReCa businesses through his “Hospitality Unlimited (“HU”)” venture. As part of the expansion, Sedna is setting up a stateof-the-art food production unit in Bangalore, in addition to scaling the existing HU facility and business.

Having built SupplyNote, BillNote Vyap and SupplyLink over the last 9+ years with over 200 customers, the team will focus on rapid expansion of these businesses under Sedna.
“With increasing technology adoption, advent of innovative business models, emergence of national retail players and launch of new food brands, this is the right time to build an integrated, technology-enabled B2B solutions business for the HoReCa industry offering standardised products and solutions at consistent quality, availability and costs across the country. This is what Sedna brings to the table for customers. The investment by Anicut will enable the expansion of our one-stop shop B2B solutions to over 20 cities in the next 12 months”, says Saurabh Pandey, Co-Founder of Sedna.
