New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday (February 18) granted bail to alleged middleman Christian Michel James in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) case of purported Rs 3,600-crore AgustaWestland scam, taking into consideration that he was in custody for the last six years and the investigation into the matter is still underway.
A bench comprising Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep Mehta granted James bail subject to terms and conditions decided by the trial court.
