Realme has confirmed its plan to launch a new flagship smartphone – the Realme GT 7 Pro that will feature Qualcomm’s next-generation and latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The smartphone should be released in India next month, it will be the first device in the country that will have this top chipset.

Realme’s spokesperson also called themselves lucky to be able to offer something new and fresh to the customers, pointing out that the company is the first in India to introduce such a smartphone model with Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.

Realme GT 7 Pro: Availability and Platform

Based on the teaser, the new Realme GT 7 Pro will be available on the Amazon India platform, along with physical retail outlets in selected districts of the country. Despite not knowing the exact date, Realme has put a disclaimer that they are going to launch the phone next month which has further increased the enthusiasm of the people wanting to own an efficient smartphone in India.

Realme GT 7 Pro: What You Should Know

As much as Realme has withheld more details, a few features that are expected have been unveiled. For battery, the GT 7 Pro is believed to house a massive 6,500mAh battery which can be charged by the 120W fast charging for fast recharging time on the device.

In terms of camera, the smartphone is anticipated to comprise of a 50MP Sony IMX 906, an 8MP ultrawide lens, an extra 50MP telephoto, Sony IMX 882. Collectively, these three lenses give the impression that the GT 7 Pro is well positioned to offer good image making potential in a range of contexts.

In addition, it is equipped with IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance which will make the device more suitable for everyday usage. It is also expected to include the Qualcomm ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor which will give the gadget the aspect of security and ease of use.

Snapdragon 8 Elite: Next-Gen Powerhouse

Realme GT 7 Pro’s distinctive marker will be its Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. Constructed on the 3nm process technology, the SoC is equipped with the second-generation Oryon CPU that comes with the configuration 2+6 octa-core. Its design consists of two Prime cores and six Performance cores aligned for speed and power runtime respectively.

The Adreno GPU of the chip is also a sliced architecture which offers additional enhancement in power productivity and graphical performance for some games and high power tasks. Furthermore, the Qualcomm AI Engine which includes Hexagon NPU provides 45 percent better AI performance and capability, thereby opening an avenue for generative AI on devices.

Unleashing on innovative details, the latest Realme GT 7 Pro models are all set to become a benchmark for the premium segment smartphones in India.
