RCB Retention List 2025: Virat Kohli retained at 21 crore, Faf du Plessis released

New Delhi: Star player Virat Kohli, Rajat Patidar and Yash Dayal were retained as Royal Challengers Bangalore announced the list of retained and released players ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 mega auction. Meanwhile, RCB released skipper Faf du Plessis for the upcoming edition of the league.

Kohli was retained for a whopping price of Rs 21 crore while Patidar was retained at Rs 11 crore. RCB retained Yash Dayal for Rs 5 crore.
