RCB marketing head, three others arrested in Bengaluru stampede case

New Delhi: At least four people, including a senior Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) official, have been arrested by Bengaluru Police after a stampede claimed 11 lives on Wednesday.

Among those arrested is Nikhil Sosale, RCB’s head of marketing. The tragedy unfolded outside the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, where thousands of fans had gathered to celebrate RCB’s maiden IPL title — a historic win that came after an 18-year wait.
