Rahul Gandhi visits Keventers in Delhi, makes cold coffee & explores brand’s history

New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s passion for food is well-known, with frequent glimpses of his culinary adventures shared on his social media platforms. In his latest Instagram post, he visited the renowned Keventers outlet in Delhi, where he took a hands-on approach to preparing cold coffee.

The video captures his interaction with the owners of the iconic establishment famous for its shakes. On Thursday, he posted a clip on X. It showed moments from his visit to the Patel Nagar store. The visit began with the staff offering to demonstrate the process of making cold coffee, but Gandhi enthusiastically said , “No, I will make it.” In the video, he is seen blending milk and ice cream, operating the blender and pouring the prepared drink into Keventers’ signature bottle.

Gandhi discusses Keventers’ history

Gandhi did not just stop at crafting the coffee. He also shared another video where he spoke with Keventers’ young founders, delving into the brand’s history, its journey and the challenges faced. He commended the business for its major role in contributing to India’s economic growth. When asked about his interest in investments, Rahul Gandhi said,  “No, I’m looking at Keventers, trying to make an investment decision.”

Lighthearted moment with elderly woman

The social media visuals of Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Keventers have garnered positive feedback. In one endearing moment, an elderly woman from the neighborhood invited him to her home. Although he assured her he would “come in for two minutes,” she realised she didn’t have her key, which led to a lighthearted exchange. She asked, “How will this open then?” to which Rahul responded with a smile, “No problem, I will come next time.”
