Posters with phot of Adityanath and warning to illegal immigrants appear in  Mumbai

Mumbai: Photos of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath with a warning to Rohingyas and Bangladeshis have appeared on posters in Andheri and Jogeshwari areas of Mumbai. In these posters, Rohingyas and Bangladeshis have been asked to leave the country.

These posters have been put up by a BJP worker named Vishwabandhu Rai. During the Maharashtra assembly elections, he had also put up several posters of Yogi Adityanath with the slogan “If divided, they will be cut.”

“If intruders Bangladeshis and Rohingyas are here, then vacate our colony, our town, our district, our state, our country, our school-college, our shops, businesses, jobs, houses and land,” the posters read. In recent times, the state Government led by Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis is taking steps against Bangladeshis and Rohingyas who are living in the country illegally.

Meanwhile, the Mumbai BJP secretary has written a letter to city Police Commissioner urging him to issue a toll-free number against Bangladeshis. He observed that common citizens can give information regarding illegal Bangladeshis and Rohingya to help police take action against them on time.

In his letter, the Mumbai BJP secretary observed that these illegal foreign nationals are misusing food, electricity, water and all facilities of India and are also involved in criminal incidents across the city.

‘Birth certificates, other documents being made for votes’

He also alleged that birth certificates and other documents are being made for Bangladeshi and Rohingya Muslims to increase their vote banks. “As soon as the birth certificate is made, an Aadhaar card, PAN card, domicile certificate, and driving license are easily made. After this, voting cards and bank accounts were opened in the bank.,” he alleged.
