India has a “double AI” advantage, says PM Narendra Modi

Jharkhand: Addressing a large public rally in Garhwa, Prime Minister Narendra Modi outlined key promises and criticisms aimed at the ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) coalition, emphasising the “need for a change in governance” ahead of the upcoming elections.

Key Points from PM Modi’s Address:

  • PM Modi announced that if the BJP forms the government in Jharkhand, three lakh government positions will be filled transparently to address the issue of unemployment.
  • PM accused the JMM-led coalition of being “neck-deep in corruption,” alleging that thousands of crores allocated by the Centre for various schemes have been misappropriated by corrupt leaders.
  • PM Modi criticised the JMM, Congress, and RJD for their “reliance on dynastic politics”, citing their disrespect towards tribal leader Champai Soren and acknowledging Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge’s admission of the party’s false promises.
  • The Prime Minister pledged that the BJP would provide an unemployment allowance of Rs 2,000 per month to the youth of Jharkhand.
  • Modi expressed concerns about the presence of Bangladeshi infiltrators in Jharkhand, stating that the situation has become serious enough to impact festivals like Durga Puja.
  • PM Modi highlighted that scams have become rampant in Jharkhand, leading to severe consequences for the youth, including loss of lives.
  • Modi asserted that only the BJP can provide “Suvidha, Suraksha, Sthirta, and Samriddhi,” making it clear that these principles are the foundation of his government’s agenda.
  • Criticising the JMM-led coalition for betraying the poor under the Abua Awas Yojana, he promised the construction of 21 lakh houses, citing that under the PM Awas Yojana, 16 lakh homes have already been built for SC, ST, and OBC communities in Jharkhand.
  • PM Modi accused the JMM, Congress, and RJD of neglecting women over the past five years while claiming they are now trying to imitate BJP policies.
  • PM Modi assured that the Centre is committed to boosting infrastructure in Jharkhand, even as the JMM coalition attempts to hinder progress.
  • Emphasising the importance of the next 25 years for the country, Modi called for a developed Jharkhand and a “double engine government” to achieve this vision.

With the elections approaching, Modi’s rally in Garhwa aimed to solidify BJP’s position by addressing local concerns and promoting a vision for a prosperous Jharkhand.
