Amid the energetic crowd, she bravely approached the leaders, hoping to share her artistic creations. Her efforts were rewarded beyond her expectations; both dignitaries personally accepted her sketches.

In his letter, Prime Minister Modi expressed sincere delight in receiving Diya’s artwork, specifically mentioning the portraits of himself and President Sánchez. He conveyed that President Sánchez was equally impressed by her work. “It was an indescribable joy to receive the beautiful picture gift from you during the Vadodara roadshow,” he wrote.

Beyond personal appreciation, the Prime Minister’s letter carried a significant message of encouragement for Diya’s future endeavours in the field of fine arts. He urged her to pursue her passion, commending her dedication and artistic skill. Furthermore, he extended warm wishes to her and her family for Diwali and the Vikram Samvat New Year. “I am confident that our youth will play a leading role in building a Viksit Bharat,” PM Modi wrote.

For Diya, receiving this letter from the Prime Minister is a source of immeasurable pride and inspiration. Her humble words, “I feel immense pride in being a small contributor, a humble part of our nation’s journey,” perfectly encapsulate the sentiment of a young artist deeply moved by the unexpected recognition of her work on a national stage.
