New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been invited to the G7 summit by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney. The global summit is scheduled to be held in Canada’s Kananaskis later this month. PM Modi is likely to attend the summit as he said he is looking forward to meeting Mr Carney.
PM Modi’s visit is expected to mend diplomatic ties between India and Canada that came under strain under former prime minister Justin Trudeau.
