What does Ayurveda say?

According to Ayurveda, arthritis and joint pain are caused by the aggravation of Vata dosha. When there is Vata imbalance in the body, swelling, stiffness and pain in the joints increases.

In Ayurvedic texts it is said that herbal medicines provide relief by balancing the Vata. Herbs used in Orthogrit like Ashwagandha, Giloy, and Guggulu calm Vata, reduce inflammation, and strengthen bones. Ayurveda also believes that proper diet, routine and detoxification processes are essential for joint health. Orthogrit is formulated on this principle, so it helps in reducing pain and stiffness by restoring the natural balance in the body.
