Pakistan script miraculous turnaround, stun England in 2nd Test to level series

Multan: Pakistan scripted a miraculous turnaround to shock England in the second Test and level the 3-match series in dramatic circumstances. Nobody gave Pakistan a chance after the damaging and scarring defeat in the opening Test but the gamble to go spin-heavy and playing two finger spinners paid off for the hosts, who ended the 11-match losing streak at home with a comprehensive 152-run win.

The spinners – Noman Ali (11) and Sajid Khan (9) – picked up all 20 English wickets, as England, chasing 261 runs, was dismissed for 144 in the morning session of Day 5.
