Prayagraj: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, accompanied by his entire cabinet, held a meeting at Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj, marking the first time that the full cabinet participated in the event. During his visit, the Chief Minister highlighted the state’s ongoing development policies and new initiatives.

Yogi Adityanath said, “The entire cabinet is present at the Maha Kumbh for the first time. Policies related to the state’s development were discussed. Issues related to Prayagraj were also discussed.” The Chief Minister emphasized the state’s focus on boosting investment and job creation, with new incentives introduced to attract more businesses.

He also mentioned that Uttar Pradesh’s Aerospace and Defence policy, which has been in place for five years, will be renewed. “Uttar Pradesh Aerospace and Defence and employment policy has completed 5 years. It will be renewed. New incentives have been announced to attract more investment,” he added.

Furthermore, Adityanath revealed plans for the expansion of medical and technical education in the state. “Decision has been taken to establish KGMU centre as a medical college. Three new medical colleges will be established in three districts, Hathras, Kasganj and Baghpat. Sixty two ITI, 5 Centre of Innovation, invention and training will be established,” the Chief Minister said. 

Adityanath said, “Prayagraj, Varanasi and Agra are municipal corporations. Bonds will be issued for all three of these. In the last one week, more than 9.25 crore devotees have taken the holy dip at the Sangam. Prayagraj Municipal Corporation will issue bonds for Prayagraj Super Speciality Hospital. ” “Along with the Prayagraj-Chitrakoot development region, in Varanasi too, a development region would be developed in association with the Niti Aayog,” he added.

Yogi, along with 54 cabinet ministers will take a holy dip at Sangam in Prayagraj. Earlier, Uttar Pradesh cabinet held a meeting at Maha Kumbh.
