One suspected terrorist killed in massive blast in Punjab’s Amritsar

New Delhi: One person was killed in a massive blast in Punjab’s Amritsar near Pakistan border on Tuesday morning.

The powerful explosion took place on the Majitha Road bypass in Amritsar Punjab which injured the man, who later succumbed to injuries. The blast had blown off both of his hands.

Further police probe revealed that the individual was linked to a sleeper cell of a terrorist organization and came to receive delivery of explosives meant for an attack.
