Kazan: Addressing the BRICS Summit in Russia’s Kazan on Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that there was no place for double standard on the menace of terrorism. He also called for the member countries to work on global regulations for the cyber security. Calling for the updation of the BRICS, he observed that the group must update itself in accordance with changing times.
