Several crocodiles were seen in Vadodara

Recently, a 10-foot-long crocodile caused a heavy traffic jam in Vadodara after it reached a bridge following heavy rains in the city. According to a report by TV9 Gujrati, the crocodile was found roaming around the area for a few hours. It was finally rescued by the forest department after some efforts. The department has rescued nearly 35 crocodiles this monsoon season.

In August too, several videos were seen on social media, in which crocodiles were seen moving around residential areas of the city. In one such video, a crocodile could be seen climbing the roof of a house in the city’s Akota stadium area. This led to panic among residents of the area.
