New Delhi: Russia on Monday handed over INS Tushil, the latest multi-role stealth guided missile frigate, to India in Kalingard in the presence of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. Indian Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh Kumar Tripathi was also present at the handing over ceremony.
The handing over ceremony took place in the presence of high ranking Russian and Indian government and defence officials.
