New Delhi: In a shocking incident reported from Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh, a principal and librarian of Eklavya Adarsh School indulged in physical fight following an argument and created a scene in the school. The entire fight was recorded on camera by the colleagues of the fighting two women.
The video shows the Principal and librarian pulling hair and slapping each other as their colleagues watch them in horror. The two women have been suspended as the video went viral on social media.
Initially, the two women indulged in a verbal argument in a loud manner. As the librarian records the Principal, this made her angry and snatched the phone and slammed it on the ground.
There was a fight between the female principal and the librarian in Eklavya Adarsh Residential School in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh. Such an indecent incident in the temple of education is condemnable.

Moments after verbal argument, the Principal slapped the librarian beginning a severe fight between the two.
“How dare you hit me (Aapki himmat kaise hui),” said the librarian as she also slapped back the Principal. It was then the Principal picked up the phone again and slammed it against the floor.
The 1.30 minute video again showed the librarian complaining how does the Principal broke her phone and slapped her.
An all out fight broke out when the Principal started recording the librarian when she hit on her hand. The librarian then pulled Principal’s stole making the fight fiercer.
As the fight went on, the librarian keeps asking the Principal ‘how dare she hit him’. To this, the Principal responded “self defense”.
During the fight, a boy could heard in the background saying “Mumma, rehne do (Mom, leave it).
Another person was heard telling a male staff to intervene in the fight between the two women, but he expressed inability to separate the two saying “he is male’.
Latest reports suggest that the two school staff have been removed from their positions. The two staff have now been temporarily attached to the office of Assistant Commissioner.
