Massive anti-terror operation underway after firing near Jammu Army base in Sunjwan

Jammu: A massive counter insurgency operation was launched after reports of suspected movements near Jammu Army base in Sunjwan on Monday morning. According to reports, Jammu Army Base has been sealed for now while the search security forces carry out search operations in the area.

According to Army, a jawan was injured in firing from the terrorists outside the base.

“An Army jawan suffered injuries in the Sunjwan military station in Jammu after terrorists fired from a stand-off distance from outside the base. Search operations on to locate the perpetrators,” said Army in a statement on the incident.
