New Delhi: Salman Khan received death threats from Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang earlier this month. While Salman has remained silent on the matter and amped up his security, his ex-girlfriend Somy Ali has been making headlines. Recently, Somy Ali declared that she wished to have a Zoom call with Lawrence Bishnoi in an attempt to clear misunderstandings. This came right after the murder of Salman Khan’s friend Baba Siddique. Somy Ali is being criticised for her ‘PR stunts’ during her ex-boyfriend’s tough time. However, Somy had something else to say.
She explained that she only wished to speak to Lawrence Bishnoi to speak on Salman Khan’s behalf and end the threats. Somy Ali also clarified that her actions were not for the sake of publicity or any residual feelings for Salman. Here is what went down.
Somy Ali reveals details after Salman Khan’s Black Buck inciddent
In an interview with Aaj Tak, Somy Ali clarified, “All I want is that no one gets murdered. I have no benefit from this.” She adds that she will be meeting Lawrence Bishnoi in November. Somy recalled her conversation with Salman after the Black Buck incident and revealed that Salman admitted that she was not aware that Black Bucks were holy creatures who were worshipped. She questions why Salman should apologise for something he did not know about.
In addition to this, Somy Ali called the notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi an ‘idiot’ and declared that she hopes to meet Devendra, the leader of the Bishnoi gang. “Salman told me that he didn’t know that the Bishnoi community worships the Black Buck,” claimed Somy. She further questioned why Lawrence is after Salman’s life as numerous people hunt on that 80-acre land. “It is not that only Salman has gone there to date, so why is he after only him? He only wants publicity. Salman is a good person,” she added.
