New Delhi: Police in the national capital have enhanced security cover of several politicians following inputs of threats from the Khalistani terrorists. As per source in the police, former Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener Arvind Kejriwal and several other leaders could be targets of such attacks during the public gatherings ahead of upcoming Assembly elections in the state.

Security agencies including Delhi Police have scrambled to make special security arrangements for such politicians during their public outings. Such attacks are aimed at vitiate the atmoshphere of the national capital before assembly polls next month.

Delhi Police has made elaborate security arrangements, which are likely to be continuously reviewed in near future depending on the existing situation
