Ranchi:A day after INDIA Bloc regained power in Jharkhand after massive win in Jharkhand, Chief Minister Hemant Soren met Governor Santosh Gangwar and staked claim to form the government.

Speaking to media after meeting the governor, Soren said that that the Oath ceremony of the new government will take place on November 28.
