The Indian Army is going to take a big step to thwart Pakistan’s efforts to increase terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir. The Indian Army has launched Operation Sarvshakti to give a befitting reply to the terrorists operating from Pakistan.
Will end terrorist activities with Operation Sarvshakti
Operation Sarvshakti, terrorist activity from both sides of the Pir Panjal ranges will be thwarted through joint counter-terrorism operations. Where Srinagar based Chinar Corps along with Nagrota headquartered White Knight Corps will carry out the simulation operation.
All special forces will foil terrorist activities
The security forces official said that Jammu and Kashmir Police, CRPF, Special Operations Group and intelligence agencies will work to thwart terrorist activities in the Union Territory, especially in the Rajouri Poonch sector.
‘Sarvshakti’ will be on the lines of Operation Sarpvinash
This operation is expected to be on the lines of snake destruction. Operation Sarpvinash was started since 2003 to eliminate terrorist activities. During this period, terrorist activities in the area had almost ended. The Indian Army has also started the process of inducting more troops into the Rajouri-Poonch sector. Along with strengthening the intelligence system in the area, the process of involving soldiers has also started.
There was also a terrorist attack on 21 December
In recent times, Pakistani proxy terrorist groups have tried to revive militancy in the Rajouri Poonch sector, south of the Pir Panjal ranges. Let us tell you that on Friday, an army convoy was attacked in the Krishna Valley area, but the soldiers did not retaliate keeping in mind the safety of the civilians. Last year too, four soldiers were martyred in a terrorist attack on December 21.
