New Delhi: Indian Metrological Department (IMD) has predicted light to moderate rain/thundershower at many places in Jammu and Kashmir for the next three days.
Mudslide in vulnerable areas
The UT might also witness intense rain during these three days. The IMD further said the downpour may lead to flash floods, landslides and mudslides in the vulnerable areas of the Union Territory.
Floods in Kangan area
The IMD’s advisory is from August 18 to 21.
Meanwhile, roads got damaged in the Kangan area on Saturday due to floods following heavy rain in the area.
