New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday conveyed congratulations to Donald Trump for his historic victory in the US elections, marking the Republican leader’s comeback to the White House.
Taking to X, PM Modi shared some pictures with Trump from their past engagements, saying he looks forward to strengthening the India-US global and strategic partnership.
“Heartiest congratulations my friend @realDonaldTrump on your historic election victory. As you build on the successes of your previous term, I look forward to renewing our collaboration to further strengthen the India-US Comprehensive Global and Strategic Partnership. Together, let’s work for the betterment of our people and to promote global peace, stability and prosperity,” he wrote in the post.
