Haryana Election Result, Constituency-wise Winners and Losers: Haryana is a key battleground state for both the major parties-the BJP and Congress. The BJP is facing anti-incumbency factor in the state which is reflected in the exit poll predictions. Political pundits has predicted a comeback for the Congress after a huge gap of 10 years.

The elections in Haryana took place on October 5 for the 90 assembly seats. BJP is banking on Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini to make a comeback and beat the anti-incumbency. The BJP replace its Haryana chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar with Saini this year hoping to make a turn around.

What exit polls say in Haryana

The exit polls prediction have shown an edge for the Congress with the party poised to form a government in the state with a comfortable majority. The exit polls show a poor show by the BJP. There have been several factor in Haryana which dented the BJP including the issue of farmers and jobs.

Voting percentage in Haryana

On Tuesday, The Election Commission of India released a voter recorded 67.9 per cent turnout in Assembly elections. The state scored 3 per cent higher turn out than the Lok Sabha voting.
The ECI said the urban apathy continues to drag down overall turnout in Haryana.
