Sabarkantha: Seven people were killed and some others injured after a car collided with a trailer truck in Gujarat’s Sabarkantha district on Wednesday morning, police said.
The victims were travelling in a white Innova car, going from Shamlaji to Ahmedabad when it rammed into the trailer from behind on a national highway near Himmatnagar.
All seven occupants were killed on the spot due to the great impact of the collision. Visuals from the spot showed emergency personnel using gas cutters to remove the victims from the mangled wreckage of the ill-fated vehicles.
