New Delhi: In a significant decision in the 2013 Gandhi Maidan bomb blast case, the Patna High Court has commuted the death sentence of four accused awarded by the civil court to life imprisonment.
The life imprisonment given to two other accused will remain so.
The death sentence of Haider Ali, Mojibullah, Noman, and Imtiaz have been converted by the High Court to life imprisonment, while the lower court has upheld the life imprisonment of Omar and Azharuddin.
