Before speaking at the occasion PM Modi, agreed to a woman’s request to meet a 101-year-old IAF officer named Mangal Sain Handa during his visit to Kuwait. In response to the Prime Minister’s post on X, the user said that he has won their hearts “once again,” with her grandfather feeling overwhelmed with joy.
