An explosion occurred due to gas leakage in a pharmaceutical factory in Gujarat’s Vadodara district on Wednesday. Three workers died in this accident, while another worker was injured. The police officer said that the explosion occurred at around 2 pm due to leakage from a gas pipe in the factory located in Ekalabara village of Padra taluka of Vadodara district.
At what time did the explosion occur in the factory?
According to Padra Police Inspector LB Tadvi, the blast in the factory occurred at around 2 pm when there was a leakage from the gas pipe in the plant of Vaniro Lifecare. At that time four employees were present at the spot, due to which they were injured.
Investigation into the case continues
According to the official, immediately after the accident the workers were taken to a hospital in Vadodara where three workers died during treatment. At present further investigation is going on.
