Every human should experience ‘miracle of mind’: Sadhguru on World Meditation Day

Coimbatore: In a historic move, the United Nations has declared December 21st as World Meditation Day, recognising the transformative power of meditation. Sadhguru, Founder of Isha Foundation, has shared a message, highlighting its critical relevance in today’s world.

Taking to X, Sadhguru said, “Meditation is that process through which you learn to operate this mind so that it functions as a miracle. It is commendable that the United Nations has recognized meditation as a tool to create mental health, emotional stability and balance at a time when experts are predicting that a mental health pandemic is in the making. It is my wish and my blessing that every human being on the planet experiences the Miracle of Mind. Let’s make it happen.”

As part of a global campaign, Sadhguru also announced the launch of the Miracle of Mind App set to debut early next year. The app will offer a simple meditative process that can be done anywhere to bring a sense of peace, joy and exuberance into your life.

“It is wonderful that Bharat is once again at the forefront of taking the tools of transformation to the world. This is a very important and significant step in creating a generation of joyful, healthy and exuberant human beings,” added Sadhguru congratulating the United Nations, the Government of India, and all nations that supported this resolution.

For over three decades, Sadhguru has offered profound yoga and meditation tools, benefiting millions globally.
