New Delhi: After the heinous Pahalgam terror attack on April 22 that claimed the lives of 26 innocent civilians, the Indian Armed Forces launched the devastating ‘Operation Sindoor’. In the operation which began on May 7, India wiped out several terrorist camps and terrorists in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.
While our government and Armed Forces have informed the common people about its attacks and operations against terrorism following the Pahalgam incident, according to an NDTV report, India struck more Pakistan targets during Operation Sindoor that what our forces have reveled as per an official dossier revealed by Pakistan.
What does the dossier say?
According to the dossier on Pakistan’s Operation Bunyan un Marsoos, India attacked at least eight more targets than what our forces have revealed. The dossier has maps which show strikes on Peshawar, Hyderabad in Sindh, Gujrat in Punjab, Jhang, Bhawalnagar, Gujranwala, Chor, and Attock. However, during their press briefings, the Indian Air Force or the Director General of Military Operations did not mention these.
The new revelation shows that India’s attack was far more pervasive than what was acknowledged. It shows that Operation Sindoor was more deadly than what we know and it also makes it clear why Pakistan reached out to India for a ceasefire.
Earlier, Maxar Technologies’ satellite imagery also showed the huge damage that India caused with its had precision strikes during Operation Sindoor on terrorism. India destroyed camps of the Jaish-e-Mohammed and the Lashkar-e-Toiba, and after the ceasefire, the government has sent delegations of MPs to different countries to highlight its stance against terrorism. Operation Sindoor showed that India’s will not compromise against terrorism and any terrorist act in our country would now be seen as an act of war.
