‘Delhi now understands economics’, Veteran investor Jim Rogers praises PM Modi

New Delhi: Jim Rogers, a veteran global investor, has praised India’s economic growth under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

“Mr. Modi has said a lot of good things, and Mr. Modi has done some good things. I have the feeling that Delhi now understands economics. You know, for many decades, Delhi has talked about a lot of good things, but they haven’t really meant it,” said Jim Rogers.

“I never had the feeling that Delhi understood the economics and understood what should happen. But now, for the first time in my life, I think Delhi understands and they mean it and it’s going to get better,” news agency IANS reported Rogers as saying.
