Tahir Hussain can file nomination for assembly polls from jail, Police to Delhi HC

Delhi High Court grants custody parole to Tahir Hussain for subscribing Oath and completing the formalities of filing his Nomination Papers for upcoming Assembly elections from the AIMIM party.

Delhi High Court said that Delhi police shall accordingly facilitate the filing of the Nomination Papers on the concerned date and shall accordingly provide the facility for completing the formalities before and after the filing of Nomination Papers for contesting the Delhi Assembly Elections, 2025.
