Addressing the party workers, after BJP’s thumping win in Karyna at the party headquarters in the national capital on Tuesday, the PM said, “Wherever the BJP forms government, people of the state support it for a long time. On the other hand, it’s long since Congress got a second term in recent times in any state. There are states where Congress was in power 60-70 years back, but since then never came back in those states.”

Hitting out at the party further PM Modi said that Congress wants to spread the poison in the name of castes. Pointing out that the people of the country have put ‘no entry’ boards for the Congress, he said that the former always thought that it had the birthright to stay in power. In an apparent attack on Leader of the Opposition in LokSabha Rahul Gandhi, he added, “Those born with a golden spoon want to pit the poor against each other in the name of castes”.

‘Congress won’t allow anybody from backward class to become PM’

“The Congress would never allow anybody from the backward class to become prime minister of this India. The party wants to create anarchy in the country. This is the reason, why they are trying to instigate the people. They tried to turn farmers against us, but failed in their ambitions,” he said further.
