New Delhi: Congress on Friday released its first list of candidates for the upcoming elections in Haryana. Former chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda will contest from Garhi Sampla-Kiloi, while wrestler-turned-politician Vinesh Phogat has been given ticket from Julana.
