Bengaluru: Karnataka Police have filed an FIR against cricketer Virat Kohli owned pub-cum restaurant in Bengaluru for violating COPTA rules (Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act). The charges have been filed under Sections 4 and 21 of COTPA Act. It is alleged that the pub cum restaurant did not have a designated zone smoking.
