AEEE registration 2025 for BTech programme begins; apply for phase 1 by January 7

AEEE registration 2025 for BTech programme begins; apply for phase 1 by January 7

New Delhi: Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has started the Amrita Entrance Examination Engineering (AEEE) 2025 registration for BTech admission. The AEEE 2025 phase 1 application form submission last date is January 7 and for phase 2 it is April 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for AEEE 2024 exam through the official website, aeee.amrita.edu.

The official notice reads, “Candidates desirous of attending Phase 1 shall register by paying the application fees on or before Jan 7. It is mandatory to book the slot on or before the stipulated date and download the admit card. Admit card is mandatory to attend AEEE”.

For admission to the BTech programme, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeethamt accepts the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) or the AEEE entrance exam score. “70% of the seats in each branch are open to applicants with the AEEE 2025. Rest of the 30% seats are reserved for those who received good percentile scores in one of the sessions of JEE Mains 2025,” the official notice added.

As per the AEEE 2025 schedule, the phase 1 exam will be held in the third week of January. The entrance exam will be conducted in two phases – January and April.

AEEE 2025 exam eligibility requirements

The below eligibility criteria are mandatory to fulfil to apply and appear for the entrance exam-

  • Candidates should have passed the Class 10 and Class 12 exams or equivalent from a recognized board with at least 60 per cent aggregate marks in mathematics, physics and chemistry. The marks should not be less than 55 per cent in each of these three subjects which include physics, chemistry and mathematics.
  • The date of birth of the candidate needs to be on or after July 1, 2004, up to June 30, 2009.
  • Candidates should either qualify for JEE Main 2025 or the AEEE 2025 to be considered for admission to the BTech programme at AEEE.
  • Candidates appearing in the upcoming 2025 board exams are also eligible to apply and appear in the entrance exam.
