ACB case is fake, alleges Manish Sisodia

Before leaving for the ACB office, Sisodia highlighted the good work done by the AAP in building and maintaining schools in the national capital while they were in power. He said that excellent schools were built in Delhi, where excellent education was imparted to the students and the party did a fantastic job in the field of education overall. He argued that the whole country knows about the work done by AAP, but the Bharatiya Janata Party was misusing its power and its agencies and filing false FIRs.

He said, “Today I have been called to the ACB office, but this I must say is purely a political case. I will put this point in front of the investigating agency.” He further alleged that the BJP by misusing its agencies investigated the entire life of all his party leaders in the past 10 years. But, he continued, they did not get anything. They just file false FIRs, he said.

He claimed that nothing will come out of the case filed against him. He claimed that this false case was filed against him by BJP MP Manoj Tiwari and he in turn filed a defamation case against the BJP leader. Sisodia said that Tiwari was out on bail, in this defamation case. He then went on to blame the BJP for filing false cases.

He said that the people gave a mandate to the BJP in Delhi, but they are now trying to divert attention from the main issues. THis he said, was because the BJP don’t know how to build schools, hospitals or mohalla clinics. They have neither repaired the roads, nor fixed electricity and water woes, claimed Sisodia. He pointed out how the roads were submerged following heavy rains this season in Delhi. He also claimed that private schools are looting people, and the BJP government has turned a blind eye to this problem. He said those facing the wrath of high fees from schools, also include people who are die-hard supporters of the BJP.

Sisodia claimed that in order to divert attention from the above-mentioned issues, the party was filing false FIRs.

Sisodia then went on to say that not even a single BJP worker in Delhi was able to understand what its government was trying to do in the national capital. He claimed that even the workers of the ruling party were being looted by private schools.

Sisodia claimed that even BJP workers are tweeting about the problems they face due to continuous power cuts. But, he claimed that instead of paying attention to the important matters, Delhi CM Rekha Gupta was busy criticising and abusing AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal.

Upon being questioned about not appearing in front of the investigators on June 9, despite summons, Sisodia said, “Let them play FIR,FIR. I will continue to work.”
