The company further informed that following the announcement of financial results on August 14, the trading window will remain closed for 48 hours. During this period, no insider associated with the company will be allowed to buy or sell shares. This measure is in line with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 and the company’s Code of Conduct.
