New Delhi: In a significant public address in Washington D.C., senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor delivered a strong message to Pakistan regarding terrorism and Indias unwavering resolve. Tharoor, who was leading an eight-member all-party delegation on a five-country tour of the Western Hemisphere, underscored India’s commitment to peace but warned of a resolute response to any future acts of aggression.
