New Delhi: India and Pakistan on Friday agreed to halt all military action along the borders starting 5 pm IST, following a crucial conversation between the Directors General of Military Operations (DGMO) of both countries and the ceasefire understanding was reached after Pakistan’s DGMO initiated a call to his Indian counterpart at 3:35 pm, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said.
