India-Pakistan News LIVE: India on Thursday night stopped several missile and drone attacks by Pakistan in Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan and Gujarat. Using the S-400 air defence system, India shot down at least eight Pakistani missiles in areas like Satwari, Samba, RS Pura, and Arnia. Blackouts and sirens were triggered across Jammu, Akhnoor, Samba, Baramulla, and Kupwara.
Earlier in the day, India said it had blocked Pakistan’s attempts to strike military targets in 15 cities and had destroyed Pakistan’s air defence site in Lahore. The clash followed India’s precision strikes on nine terror camps in Pakistan and PoK under Operation Sindoor after the April 22 Pahalgam attack.
