In the wake of the Pahalgam attack, the Uttarakhand government has instructed police and intelligence agencies to increase vigilance, particularly at critical locations. Overnight checks in border areas have been reinforced by daytime security operations, creating a robust network to monitor suspicious activities and safeguard residents and tourists alike.
Additional security arrangements have been implemented at key points along the Char Dham Yatra routes, ensuring that pilgrims traveling to sacred sites such as Gangotri, Yamunotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath are fully protected.
