Tejashwi Yadav criticises Election Commission, calls for change

Bihar Minister Vijay Chaudhary, a close aide of Nitish Kumar, said that the NDA is fully prepared for elections at any time. He said that it is the Election Commission’s responsibility to announce the dates, but the NDA is confident because of the development achieved under Nitish Kumar’s leadership.

Meanwhile, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav took a dig at the Election Commission, calling it a “cancer of the Constitution” and accusing it of working as a “cheerleader of the government.” He claimed that Bihar is now demanding change and people want a new government.

Tejashwi also criticized Nitish Kumar, calling him a “catch-all chief minister” who lacks vision and is dependent on a few bureaucrats to run the state.

What Tejashwi said about Nishant Kumar’s political future

When asked about Nishant Kumar’s possible entry into politics, Tejashwi Yadav responded that it was Nishant’s personal decision. However, he also reminded those who are with Nitish today had once questioned his health and mental state. He suggested that Nishant should carefully consider his political future.

PM Modi’s visit to Bhagalpur

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Bhagalpur on February 24. Tejashwi Yadav claimed that BJP leaders will now start visiting Bihar frequently as part of their election campaign. He also accused BJP of not addressing Bihar’s real issues.

He alleged that BJP leaders are not coming to set up factories or grant special state status to Bihar but are only focused on gaining political power. He said that their visits are more about strategy and tactics rather than genuine concern for the state’s development.
