New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is in Delhi today on a day long visit. He is expected to meet a number of Union Ministers and political leaders during the visit.

According to sources to TV9 Network, Yogi Adityanath will meet Union Ministers Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, and JP Nadda. During his visit in the national capital on Saturday, the Chief Minister is likely to invite them to attend the month-long event during the visit. The Mahakumbh Mela will start from January 13 and go on till February 26.

Mahakumbh preparations in full swing in Prayagraj

Preparations are in full swing in Pryagraj for the mega event. While necessary steps are being taken to ensure proper law and order in the holy city, the police will also use drones to make sure that nothing goes wrong. Apart from this , train and flight services have also been updated to ensure comfortable journeys of pilgrims from across the country and the rest of the world. Proper tents are also being set up to ensure that pilgrims won’t face any difficulties.

Four held for fake bookings of tents, cottages

Earlier on Friday, the police took four people in custody who were allegedly involved in fake booking of tents and cottages, among other items for Mahakumbh. As per the police, the four were arrested in in connection with five cases related to fake websites. During the search operation, the police recovered Android mobile phones, laptops, ATM cards, etc from the four accused. The four accused have been identified as Pankaj Kumar (35) , Yash Choubey (20), Ankit Kumar Gupta (24) and Aman Kumar (29).
