After thorough evaluation, the Government of India, through a letter dated December 21, 2024, declared Uttarakhand’s tableau design, model, and music as outstanding, finalizing its selection.

This year, a total of 15 states’ tableaus have been selected for the Republic Day Parade, including Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Chandigarh, and the union territories of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.

The front portion of Uttarakhand’s tableau will depict a woman in traditional attire creating the famous Aipan Art.
