High Court earlier granted six-week interim bail to Darshan on medical grounds

The High Court had earlier on October 30 granted six-week interim bail to the actor on medical grounds to undergo spine surgery at a hospital of his choice. The High court had directed him to submit a report on his health condition, required treatment and follow-up treatment to the court within a week.

Bengaluru Police filed a chargesheet in the case on September 4

Renukaswamy allegedly made derogatory comments against Darshan’s friend Pavithra on social media, which allegedly enraged the actor and this led to his murder. The Bengaluru Police earlier on on September 4 filed a 3,991-page preliminary charge sheet in the murder case in a Bengaluru court.

According to the police, Pavithra, who is accused number one in the murder case of Renukaswamy, was the “major cause” for the murder. The police has claimed that the investigation into the case has proved that Pavithra instigated other accused, conspired with them, and took part in the crime.
