New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a demanding boss, this is how External Affairs Minister S Jai Shankar described the PM. The External Affairs Minister says that he has to be ‘fully prepared’ when meeting him for the interactions.

The reply comes in response to a question how is PM Modi as a ‘boss’ and whether he has daily appraisal sessions.

“I have daily appraisal sessions. In a way, I would say he is honestly a demanding boss. And I say that because he prepares. If you are discussing something, you have to come fully prepared. You have to know what you are talking about, make your argument or case. You must stand your ground, you must have the data,” the External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar during an interaction at the silver jubilee celebrations of the Aditya Birla Group’s Scholarships programme in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
